You’re probably familiar with this: “gods in white” work precisely, are well-trained, and often appear a bit unapproachable. Additionally, they don’t let outsiders in on their art. “Gods in white” are not keen on revealing their cards or may lack the understanding of what the patient desires from the start.
We are far from considering ourselves as gods. We want you to be a part of our treatments, not just as a patient but as a person who can comprehend and follow what we do to find the best solution for you.
Modern technology is a given for us
Technology is advancing rapidly, almost on a daily basis. We keep a close eye on technical developments, innovations, and discoveries because we only want the best technology for our patients. It was evident to us early on that laser treatments were the way of the future. Therefore, we engaged with this technology early, educating ourselves and continuously expanding our knowledge. Laser treatments have now become an integral part of our work, and our patients appreciate it.
Furthermore, we rely on digital X-rays, which are much gentler on the body than traditional X-rays. In general, dentistry has produced numerous impressive advancements that are in the best interest of patients, and it would be a disservice not to embrace this technology.
Transparency for the sake of our patients
In many aspects of life, it is ignorance that leads to unpleasant feelings. Consider a common example: a car. When it suddenly starts making strange noises or the engine feels rough, we quickly start worrying, thinking about costly repairs, and mentally calculating if we can afford a new vehicle. However, if it turns out that everything is harmless, and the trusted mechanic explains the issue and how to fix it, the world looks entirely different.
We operate in a similar way. We talk to our patients, encourage them to ask questions, inquire when something is unclear, and explain the necessary treatments as precisely as possible. This approach often helps, especially when uncertainties arise regarding the treatments or costs.
Of course, this isn’t necessary for everyone. If you are already a “veteran” and come to us completely relaxed, simply wanting a quick treatment, we will, of course, accommodate your needs.
We do what is necessary
We don’t treat you “just because.” Before starting a treatment, we not only have an in-depth conversation with you, but we also explore possible alternatives with you, if they exist. Ultimately, our goal is the optimal treatment, which may sometimes differ from the initial assumptions. You can rely on us to take the time for you and do only what is genuinely necessary. We spare you everything else.
Dr. Bender ist sehr sympathisch und professionell. Während der Behandlung wurde mir jeder Schritt in Ruhe erklärt und Dr. Bender ist empathisch auf meine Ängste eingegangen, sodass ich zu keiner Zeit der Behandlung Angst hatte! Die Mitarbeiter der Praxis sind alle sehr freundlich und die Terminvergabe war sehr flexibel.
Ich bin sehr froh so einen tollen Arzt gefunden zu haben und begebe mich sehr gerne wieder bei Dr. Bender in Behandlung!
Nachdem ich gestern wieder bei Dr. Bender war, kann ich alles was ich zuvor geschrieben habe nur noch einmal bestätigen! Er war wieder sehr professionell, kompetent und hat mir wirklich sehr gut geholfen!
