With regard to an obligation arising from §§ 36,37 VSBG, we inform you that our practice is not obliged to participate in an out-of-court dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board within the meaning of the VSBG and does not participate in such a procedure.
The Berlin Chamber of Dentists has set up an arbitration board for disputes arising from the professional relationship in accordance with the Berlin Chamber Act (BKG), which patients can call upon if they have doubts about the accuracy of dental services.
